Chinese New Year’s in Taiwan. Everybody gathers to the temples in the first of the year to wish for good luck and fortune for the upcoming year. The area is packed and noisy, but the tradition is still strong, and you can feel the mysticism from thousands of years of worship and cultural inheritance.

Pictures, and more pictures.
This webpage / weblog shows how I see the world from the view of my camera lens. A picture is worth a thousand words, they say. You have to find the right thousand words to describe a thought or emotion, similarly, you have to find the right combination of colors, shapes and content to evoke the right emotion using pictures.
Ideally, a picture requires no caption; it should describe itself. I must admit, though, that I have failed in that respect, and I am planning on adding captions, or some text with my pictures. I believe it helps in some cases.
If my pictures have managed to provoke strong thoughts or emotions, then my job as a photographer is a success.
Enjoy!!
